Yes you can do HR jobs in private industry. Labour and social welfare is also a part of HR. You can also go for some certificate course in HR to get good options.

For PGDM or MBA it is necessary to have Graduation Degree and also you need to give aptitude exam for entrance. if you have done diploma only then it is not possible yet to go in PGDM .
