Dear Tejashree,
PGDM is a Diploma course, through which you are given a certificate by the institute or recognised university. You can do it. But, that is not legal. Doing two degrees simultaneously is illegal. You will have to drop either of the courses. So, you better concentrate on one degree instead of planning to do two degree at once.
Also, MITSOB is extremely strict about their attendance criterion. As well, recently, MITSOB is introduced with the trimester system with which one is much occupied with their college work itself.

Dear Neethu,
For MBA distance education, you may find many institutions. However, I personally believe, IGNOU is one of the best. The university is internationally recognized and the study material is also of international standards. Besides this, it has a wide number of study centers pan India. The benefit is, you will get a degree from a reputed university. For further details, you can visit the below mentioned url. http://www.ignou.ac.in/
I hope this helps. All the best and God Bless You.
