Hi Daniu,
XLRI is one of the best colleges known for HR. However, you need to do exceptionally well in XAT as well as in GD/PI to get selected.

Prestige is better as compared to Indira. Prestige is ranked higher and a known college in M.P. Renowned companies like Axis, ICICI and Asian Paints visits. Average placement is also good for PIMR.

Dear Prachi,
It depends upon your graduation, if your graduation is B.Com, or B.TEch or B.Sc in maths, B.A in maths etc., you can go for finance. In other cases, you can opt for other specialisations. All the best.

You will need good experience to establish yourself as a designer and until you provide something unique, people will not be interested in giving you jobs or projects.

We have a HR specialization at IMT Ghaziabad. The placements are also good. So, this is a college you can consider.
