Hello, Eligibility for MBA Program: The prospective applicant must satisfy one of the following eligibility criteria for admissions to the MBA programme. A graduate degree under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern under any discipline, securing at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognized university.

Human Resources is heart of any industry. To efficiently operate we need a team HR in a company, HR does alot of activities could be payroll, boarding, learning & development, attendance and many other. If it is a small company possibilities are they way vend out the operations to a 3rd party. But HR is crucial for every industry so it goes same with the Pharmaceutical industry. I hope I am clear.
