You have no chance in JoSAA rounds. Better to try for new IIITs, GFTI, lower NITs in CSAB / special round.

I had eligible for jeemains counselling under OBC category I had secured 54% in PCM XII std Total 67% in XII std.Can i eligable for IIITs
