IIT JAM Biotechnology entrance examination is taken by various top colleges in India for admissions to Post Graduate courses like M.Sc. Biotechnology or equivalent. The following IITs admit students through this exam; IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee and IIT Guwahati. Yes, IITs have a certain quota for Kashmiri migrants. There are relaxations that the Ministry of Education itself gives in their admission process sometimes up to 10%. The intake capacity of their courses can also be enhanced by 5%. One seat in the merit quota has to be kept reserved there for Kashmiri migrants for technical and professional institutions too, including IITs. Importantly, domicile requirement has been waived for Kashmiri migrants, which in turn gives them an easier way towards application and getting admission within these prestigious institutions.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission in 2024 IITs

A performance score of both board exams and the Joint Entrance Examination-Attempt (JEE) Advanced is indeed the two-time criteria for final judgment entry regarding eligibility for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) in the coming academic year [2024].

Board Exam Score: Candidates who want admission into IITs should be within 75% marks in Class 12th board examination (or be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards).

Yes, you can get an integrated degree of B.Tech + MBA in IITs or NITs.

There are various IITs and NITs offering B.Tech and MBA 5-year integrated programs and such IITs are IIT Madras, Jodhpur, Kanpur and such NITs are Jalandhar and Jamshedpur.

Hello Kal, Unfortunately at such a rank of 98500 rank in JEE Mains Entrance exam you cannot get admission into reputed Engineering Institutions like NITs and IITs (specially if you are from general category, as then the chances are nill ).
