Required documents at the time of filling the application form

Students should keep the scanned copies of the below documents ready while filling the application form.

• Valid email id and mobile number
• Class 10 & 12 academic details
• Scanned copy of the category certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned photograph and signature
• Net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI details for application fee payment

Following documents must be uploaded at the time of IIIT Vadodara application:

• Valid entrance Score Card
• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet
• Graduation Marksheet (All Semesters)
• SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS Certificate from designated authority
• Two passport size photographs.

Students looking to get into BTech at IIIT Guwahati need to fulfil the basic eligibility. The basic eligibility of the course is to pass Class 12 with PCM subjects and a minimum aggregate of 75%. Step 3. Candidates will be able to make their choices online for Institute selection.

Step 4. Select IIIT Ranchi as the preferred institute from the list of Institutes provided. This is followed by the online seat allocation process by JoSAA.
