First of all you need to realize your core strengths. Having said that you are a mechanical engineer with work experience you have an idea how the industry works, you just need to think and analyze on your interest and key skills which will be handy for you to climb the corporate ladder. And, while applying you have to submit one pharmacy certificate (it is not necessary, that it should be yours or the person you are hiring)
Usually, pharmacist gives their certificate for yearly basis and amount varies.
