It all depends, like if you do not have 75% marks 12th, then in order for being eligible for admission through JEE, you have to take the improvement exam. But JEE will accept that scorecard only when you have given the improvement in all the 5 subjects.

It depends if you want to be a lawyer or want to change profession. LLB from an open university won't be considered abroad as well, you must have professional practice in India before you apply for a legal sector job abroad. Additionally you must clear the bar council exam of the particular country which you won't be eligible for unless you have a degree from a recognized university.
