Instead of doing it part-time, do a full-time course. It will be more beneficial as you would have work experience also.

If your 12th percentage is equal or above 75% or you are in the top 20 percentile of your state board, then you can definitely appear for JEE Mains next year.

If you want to do B.Com, go for Delhi University. In which depending upon your 12 marks, you will get admission. But, for most of the, maths may be compulsory. Although, you should apply first.
