I don't exactly get what did you meant by pay but if you are asking about the fees, its not official yet but the fees from next batch (2016) will be around Rs.2,60,000/- for 1 year (2 Semester). The fees for previous batches was Rs.1,50,000/- for 1 year.

You have to clear JEE advance in order to get admission in IIT Bombay. You can give JEE advanced 2 times once in your 12th class or in next year after completing 12th.

No it is not possible to get admission with your JEE mains score, the only way to get admission is based on your JEE Advanced All India Rank.

Admission in IIT is not based on 12th percentage it only depends on your Advanced rank. Since i don't know how was this year's paper but still at 150/372 its very hard to get good branch in any IIT. Also i'm not sure but the 12th percentage issue may also arise as one must have above 75% in boards.

For admission into IITs, JEE Advanced score is taken into consideration. JEE Mains score is taken into consideration for qualifying for Advanced examination. If you have cleared the cutoff, then you can appear the advanced.
