Harvard is the best option. But if I ever have a situation like this then I will choose IIT because only India is producing quality engineers every year more than any country. So there should be some reason behind why all the big companies hire IITians and Indians at good posts.
Just think about this as well while making any decision.

Non Medical. so that you can pursue Computer Science and Engineering.or many other domains.

Your language clarity, intelligence, workshops conducted by you, idea about your field, your confidence level. These types of qualities will be the parameters to get you selected in the campus interview.

You need to get at least 75% in 12th Cbse Board to be eligible for IIT Advanced.
