Jee Main marks doesn't really matter in iit admission but you still have to clear cutoff in order to sit in jee advanced which was around 80 marks out of 360 in 2014. So if you are already doing btech from iitb it is a good option as you get master degree in 1 year and then pursue higher education. On the other hand if you are getting admission to mtech it totally depends on college there are colleges which are better than iit also there are which are not .Also the fees of foreign colleges is way too high than iits so one need a scholarship too. But at the end it comes to level of college.

Cut off and rank varies yearly depending upon number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty of exam and the highest marks scored, so to predict minimum rank is not possible, maybe you can check last few years rank and have a rough idea about the same.

Yes one can get placed abroard placement but companies less in campus selection so one must have a good grade point and good resume. Also you can apply on your own and get a job.

Class 10th percentage has no relation with admission in IIT. 12th percentage must be greater than 75% to qualify for giving JEE. Depending on your JEE All india Rank colleges are alloted. All the branches at IIT Bombay close around 4000 AIR. So one must have AIR under 4000 to get IIT Bombay.
