Hi Rati,
Both are good, but if you are thinking of only jobs, CCNA certified people are given preference.
In java, you have to think of algorithms and syntax to apply the logic, you don't have to understand much but you have to think much. As for the CCNA-CCNP, its purely networking. It have less syntax but more thinking and understanding. It consists of network designing. You have to design networks between devices and make them communicate each other. The more you can imagine, the more you will learn.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.

Pankaj, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUSTDIAL? Or
