A declaration in lieu of an OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes - Non-Creamy Layer) certificate is a document that allows candidates to apply for reservations under the OBC-NCL category when they don't have the official certificate but can provide supporting evidence and a promise to submit the certificate later. Candidates can find "A declaration in lieu of an OBC-NCL (Other Backward Classes - Non-Creamy Layer) certificate" in the JEE Advanced 2025 information brochure.
