Considering the IIT Delhi JEE Advanced Round 1 closing ranks for General category, B.Tech. in Civil Engineering experienced a significant jump of +629 ranks from 2024 to 2026. Another branch that witnessed a rise of +349 ranks was B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering during the Round 1 admission from 2024 to 2026. IIT Delhi cutoff 2026 for BTech admission has been released for Round 1. In the first round, the BTech admission cutoffs were between 123 and 11563, with CSE being the most competitive specialisation for admission.

IIT Palakkad JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 has been released for the first round. The cutoff was released for different categories belonging to the All India quota. The cutoff ranks among the General AI category candidates varied between 5736 and 14872. BTech in CSE turned out to be the toughest specialisation among the General AI category.

JoSAA has released the opening and closing ranks for Round 1 Seat Allotment recently. Admission to IIT Tirupati B.Tech course is based on JEE Main/ JEE Advanced scores followed by JoSAA Counselling 2025. The IIT Tirupati JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025 has been out for Round 1 seat allotment results, for admission to various B.Tech courses. The toughest course to get into the college for the General AI category candidates was Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff rank of 4620. The easiest course for the General AI category was B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, with the closing cutoff rank of 14559

IIT Patna B.Tech admission is based on JEE Advanced Cutoff ranks. The IIT Patna JEE Advanced Cutoff 2025 has been out for Round 1 seat allotment results, for admission to various B.Tech courses. The toughest course to get into the college for the General AI category candidates was Computer Science and Engineering, with the closing Cutoff rank of 66. The easiest course for the General AI category was Integrated B.Tech. in Civil Engineering + M.Tech. in Geotechnical Engineering, with the closing cutoff rank of 14424

For the EWS category students, the maximum closing rank required in JEE Advanced was 416 for admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. In the initial round, the cutoff ranks are comparatively lower, indicating higher competition.
