If you booked the seat for any college, then you cannot change the branch or if you did not book the seat, then you can edit or change the branch for counselling in JEE.

Hello Vikash,
The counselling for JEE Main and Advanced starts only after the results of JEE Advanced exam are announced. And, after that you can apply for counselling at www.josaa.nic.in
Till now, the exact dates are not announced officially.

The JEE exam counseling will be held only after JEE advanced exam.
The official website is www.josaa.nic.in and the exact date for the counseling is still not announced.

The counselling can be applied only after JEE Advanced exam. The official website is www.josaa.nic.in. You can apply through this website only.

It will be very difficult for you to get into NIT, Durgapur at this rank. You should try government colleges in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand. I think you may get one there.
