The counselling can be applied only after JEE Advanced exam. The official website is www.josaa.nic.in. You can apply through this website only.

Yes, you are. Since there are some closing ranks for each NIT, IIIT and GFTI, you might get it if you come under their closing ranks. So apply for counseling through www.josaa.nic.in. All the best!
