Hi Dinesh,
Sorry to say, but you can't get any seat in HBTU. As you know that this college is preferred by top rankers of JEE Mains. I will suggest you to go for some other private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely professional university, LNCT BHOPAL etc.
You can also predict other possible colleges here:

Best of luck.

Hi,
Yes, you will get a seat in SASTRA University Thanjavur. You should apply for this college at the time of counselling. Your score is good enough to get you a seat in this college.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission for B.Tech courses in navy engineering college. Generally, the eligibility criteria is 60 percent marks in class 12th board, so you are eligible. Although you will get a seat in mechanical engineering with this score in second or third round. So you should apply for this college.
Best of luck.

There is very less chance to get admission in NIT Trichy even with sports quota. NIT Trichy is top 2 and NIT in India, so it is difficult.

Although, it is difficult to get good NITS, but you should try for middle or lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You can get branches other than CSE. You can also predict other possible colleges here:
