Not Possible. Why?
1. Thyagaraja college would not give admission on JEE Mains marks.
2. They give admission on TNEA cut off marks.
3. Hope you know how to calculate that.
4. Hurry up. You need fill form separately for that.

Hello Harsha Sunny,
You are enquiring as to what will be the cutoff in JEE Mains conducted by NTA for clearing students for JEE Advanced or registering for JoSAA. Right? It's simply not possible for a layman to do this. However I would like to advise you that please have patience. NTA is likely to announce this and many more things by the end of this month. Please wait till then.
Best wishes to you.

In OBC, there are two further splits- Creamy layer and Non Creamy Layer. If you fall under NCL, then you have a chance in those bottom rated NITs.

You can easily get any of the NIT in any of the stream you want at this score and under this reserved category quota, now you have to only choose the college in which you want to take admission.
