But, if you are determined in computer Science engineering then you should go for middle and lower order nits like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. But, apply for all the nits available in the list. As you have scored 71% in class 12th board and 79.89 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to take admission in any colleges available in the list. But I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely professional university etc. As per your interests and convenience.
