Yes, ofcourse you can join any private college through JEE counseling and talking about second way search the college go to the contact section and ask them if they are accepting admission on the basis of JEE score without any donation. This will help you.

No, you don't have chances in getting seat in South NITs. You have minute chances of getting seats in North East NITs and IIITs.

Actually, you need to have a minimum score of 140 in JEE Mains to be eligible for getting aerospace engineering at PEC Chandigarh.

I guess, you cannot get CS. Buy there is high chance of getting electronics, production and industrial engineering, mechanical, information technology, and electrical.

As your percentage is not good enough to get very good government colleges in CSE as that is the most competing branch. You may get in IIIT's. So work well and achieve the best.
