Firstly, heartiest congratulations for getting such fantastic percentile. With more than 99 percentile, I feel your rank should be within top 50. However, the rank will be announced only after second set of exams are also held in April. Those who have appeared for second time, best of two percentiles would be admissible. Perhaps it is for this reason that rank has not been announced now. Wait till April. Best wishes to you.

Your score is very low. You will not get a good college under this score. For top colleges you need above 60 percentile, as this percentile is very low for nits and top private institute. Some institute have 15% seat for JEE Mains. For these seats, you have very low score. There are top institute for engineering which have their own eligibility criteria. Further, for more details comment down below. For admission to top institute like PICT, BVP, MIT, VIT (VITEEE). There are different criteria and different entrance exam.

Getting admission in PSG, but difficult you can try for other colleges.
For getting seat into top colleges you need to be above 70 percentile.
It does not depend on score.
It mainly depends on number of students applying and their ranks.
If your rank fall under those students, you will not get your seat in desired branch.
There are other process for admission to top colleges.

Hello Harshitha,NTA is going to conduct one more exam in April and hence the rank will be published based on best of two method. Hence I feel you will have to wait till end of April to know your rank for admission to NIT or for appearing in JEE Advanced. Hello C Aakash, Yes, the figure given out by NTA is percentile figure. You can call it normalized score also. JEE Mains was conducted over six different sessions. Now difficulty level cannot be exactly same. Hence scores are normalized or percentile to take care of this.
