For JEE Mains paper 2, mainly marks are to be scored in mathematics and drawing because aptitude part all candidates get equally good marks. To improve drawing the only way is to practice drawing under any artist or teachers or you can see videos on YouTube regarding solved problems on JEE paper 2 and should be well aware of 1 and 2 point perspective drawing to score good marks. For mathematics we need go through more and more problems and have good question banks for reference of most probably asked questions.

We can't predict your rank, as it depends upon the other candidate's performance. Percentile is only to know your position in your session of exam. Ranks may be released by NTA afterwards.

Raw scores may not be declared by the NTA. We have to calculate them by using answer key and response sheets provided.

It depends on your rank. With percentile alone, we can't predict the seat. By the way you got very good marks, as per your percentile i.e only 20.77 % candidates scored higher marks than you.
