Books play an important role in the preparation of any exam. So always prefer the best reference books to prepare. For board exams I suggest you NCERT Books, they cover the whole syllabus and designed in a proper manner. They can also helpful in the preparation of JEE Main. In a continuation, you can apply for maximum 3 times for JEE Mains. Once with class 12th and 2 more chances after that. It has to be consecutive year. Breaking will leads to decrease in number of chances to appear.

First important point for the candidates is - There is no age limit to appear for the exam. JEE Main 2019 exam would be conducted twice in a year. Thus, candidates can appear twice in the same year. The number of attempts for admission in a particular academic session will be treated as one. NTA will consider the best score of the two attempts. The age eligibility allows a candidate to appear in JEE Main for three consecutive years. For more details, you may refer to the link below:

You are eligible to write the exam and you can give it a try. It's better to attempt JEE Mains as you will be eligible to get admissions in NIT's and upon clearing JEE Advanced you can get admissions in IIT's.

I suppose the date should be local time. However, some new centers have been added this time and this could have caused some confusion about exact local time. Other than the email ID that you used I am giving one more.

The minimum age limit for JEE Main is 17 years. For General & OBC: As per the JEE Main Eligibility 2018, the candidates must have born after 1st October 1993 i.e. they must not age more than 24 Years while appearing in the exam. Originally every candidate has a maximum of three attempts for JEE Main. Candidates can appear twice for the entrance test in a year. Jul 18, 2018.

JEE Main form are released and closed already. Now, just the Paper is going to be held in March or April or in the first week of April. So, please prepare for the same Good Luck.

I checked recently. There is no such news. JEE admit cards are getting uploaded in the website for 2019 exams. And IPU CET will usually happen.
