Private Engineering Colleges invariably do not provide any scholarship for freeship for students as general rule. However to promote their brand these colleges sometimes give scholarships to the students who have done well in their Academics, but it differs from college to college and from year to year. There is no set rule for this. Be that as it may, many state governments provide scholarships to students from economically backward class or some special category classes. For this you may have approach the State Government for any assistance or finding out if schemes exist which will benefit you.
Best wishes to you.

You have scored reasonably well for your category. But to get CS you need to be in top bracket of your category. I am attaching a link that will predict college for you based on your percentile. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Another thing: are you okay with getting into NITT, but into chemical or metallurgy, and get a 4 Lacs job? NIT fees are going to be hiked to almost 2 Lacs per year without hostel. Is it okay with you?
If you have the passion for those subjects and don't mind the salary, then it's fine. But I get this question from juniors who ask this question based on some placement surveys, so I don't know how you are any different. Mind you, only CS EC & EE get good salaries for core jobs.
Placements are in bad shape
