Hi Umang, You can start with NCERT. Start reading NCERT. It would be the best guide at least for chemistry. Experienced people say that you should read chemistry NCERT book at least for thrice. For physics and maths start solving numericals on daily basis from famous books, like H C Verma for physics and for maths you can refer any book suggested in your coaching. All the Best!

Yes, sure you can. But what you mentioned in your first line should be taken care of I. e. , for clearing Mains, your basics must be very strong and for that, your have NCERT books which should be mugged up really well. So, once your basics will be clear JEE Mains is not that of a big deal.

Hi there!
As per the new eligibility criteria only those students will be eligible for appearing in JEE Mains whose score is more than 75% (for general category) and 65% (for SC/ST students). If you aren't eligible, apply for Improvement exams and you have to appear for all five subjects. Hope you got your answer.

Hi there!
There will not be any problem if you give JEE for 3rd time, but focus on your studies properly as this will be going to laat chance for you. Also, you will not be eligible for writing JEE Advanced this time. Hope you got your answer.

It will not effect your placements if you have dropped 2 years for JEE Mains. Just give your best performance in your college results. Learn skills properly and everything will be fine. I hope you got your answer.
