Of course, you can get admission for B.Tech. The fact is you will not get reputed college. After looking at your score you will end up with some local private institute. Although your 12th percentage are good but it won't help. As, per criteria colleges first consider your JEE score. There is one more choice to get top colleges that is through management quota. While applying through management quota you have to pay huge amount of fee as donation in terms of getting admission. So, if you are ready for management quota then go for it unless you have to go with your score and look out for some private institute.

Yes, you can easily get a very good NIT with the electrical branch, because you're rank is very good.

Yes, Vaishnavi School of Architecture considers JEE Mains paper 2 marks. The hostel facility is very good.

Yes, if you qualify JEE with good marks then you can go for IITs or NITs. A minimum of 60% is required in HSC in such case.
