Of course yes, you will get direct admission in DY Patil College. No matter what is your board marks, but your NATA marks will affect that.

Admission in NIT depends on rank not on marks. Tell me your category rank, home state rank. Board marks are just for eligibility, not for admission.

In class 12th, you must have to score at least 75% marks to get admission into NIT's or IIIT's. It is just a qualification criteria, ranks are not determined by the board marks. Minimum percentage of 75 should be there to join in these institutions.

Of course, you can get admission for B.Tech. The fact is you will not get reputed college. After looking at your score you will end up with some local private institute. Although your 12th percentage are good but it won't help. As, per criteria colleges first consider your JEE score. There is one more choice to get top colleges that is through management quota. While applying through management quota you have to pay huge amount of fee as donation in terms of getting admission. So, if you are ready for management quota then go for it unless you have to go with your score and look out for some private institute.
Best of luck.

Since you are from SC category, you can get a seat if you have a score of 100 and above in JEE Mains. I don't think it's good to drop a year.
