Sorry, as with home state and your category, you need atleast 120 marks to be able to get into it this year which though your rank will not satisfy. I would suggest you to move for college level counselling after JOSAA counselling which may lend you something better.

I'd recommend you to visit:
https://josaa.nic.in/josaaorcrarchieve/Result/OpeningClosingRankArchieveN.aspx?Year=2017
and check the previous year's OBC cutoff's there and you would definitely get a good idea of your selection. Also, take care of important dates of the counselling.

The best government college you will get is RGPV Bhopal with this. Also, you have a better percentage, hence, you also have chances of getting a tuition fee waiver with this. Other colleges will be GEC Ujjain (government). Or Private be (LNCT Bhopal, Acropolis and Medicaps Indore).
Best of luck.

If you belong to General, along with home state quota, you need around 145 marks in JEE Mains or a rank around 35 thousand to be able to get a seat in it. Moreover, a better rank than these will reward you better branch respectively.
Best of luck.

You are not likely to get into SITS through JoSAA counselling through any round. Else, I suggest you to wait for the SPOT round or college level counselling where your marks may lend you something better in GSITS. The cutoff for the SPOT round is very less and you can easily get ECE or IT at 111. Also, it depends upon the number of seats, my data is according to previous year stats.
Best of luck.

With OBC, 91 marks, You'll get mechanical or civil in second or third round. Moreover, I would suggest you to push till third round. Also, if you wish to get even better, be a part of spot round, though that might be a bit risky and be a part of that if you secure a seat through josaa first.
Best of luck.
