It's above 180 in Nagpur. You have to score 180 and above to get a seat for fire and safety. This fire and safety is a rare branch and also has less seats in most of the colleges.

Yes. Some state government engineering colleges offer reductions and also will provide scholarships to students. This is only done through college management. If you are a JEE Mains qualified student, take admission based on that criteria.

Since you are from SC category, you can get a seat if you have a score of 100 and above in JEE Mains. I don't think it's good to drop a year.
