So, you need to get atleast 250/360 in your JEE mains 2018 to get a CSE branch in a good NIT college.
Also, National Institute of Technology Delhi has closing and opening rank as 5426-3931.
For CS, I feel NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, MNNIT ALlahabad, NIT Suratkal are good. NIT Trichy especially has computer club which is really amazing if you want to learn. MNNIT is good as well as there is a computer club started by the students where the senior students teach the juniors on weekend classes.
