Hi,
It's not possible to tell whether you'll get admission in IISER or not, unless you are JEE Advance qualified. Clearing JEE Mains is not the criteria for admission in IISER.

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. You might not find it difficult to get admission in private colleges and universities of India. Many small-town colleges take only those who have appeared and won't make it an issue about rank and marks.
You may also apply to private universities like Amity, Manipal, KR Mangalam, CU Mohali, etc.

No, you will not get admission. Also, with these marks, you are likely to get into one of the big private universities. Kindly apply for that. Some recommendations be LPU, Amity, CU, VIT and SRM. These colleges have their separate entrances, though.
