Majority of good institutes take admission on the basis of JEE Mains and NATA. So, you will have to check with some private institutes in your state.

Yes, you can get admission in RAIT based on JEE marks. You should fill in these options carefully in your CAP admission form. Accordingly, if you get allotted CS or IT, it's good. There is a high probability that you can get CS or IT.

I recommend you to visit (josaa.nic.in) and check the last year's ST cut-off of your home state NIT. There, you would get the idea for your selection. And for IITs admission are purely based in the rank of JEE Advanced.
Best of luck.

The counselling for all IITs, NITs, IIITs and government. Funded institutes (under josaa) will start a week after the JEE Advanced result is declared. It generally starts in the 2nd or 3rd week of June. So keep in touch with josaa.nic.in. Where the whole counselling procedure and schedule will be posted. And further the other state government colleges may have started their own counselling on the basis of JEE MAIN. For that you have to visit their website.
Best of luck.
