Assuming you are from General, frankly, your Mains will end up giving you nothing. You either need to go for any other competitive exams or private colleges or one year drop. Moreover, big private university exams are isn't hard to get and they are equivalent to one of the decent NIT. Manipal, VIT and AMRITA and KIIT are recommendations.

The best college in BHOPAL is LNCT raise road campus. Moreover, you need to talk to them and convince as your marks are less. Rest all colleges are average, oriental be one of the nicest of them and other LNCT campuses across BHOPAL. You can also try for good colleges in INDORE.

No, be it CBSE or NIT, you should have your min. 12th board percentage be 75% for general and for OBC and other be it around 65%. Moreover, many of the NIT's have 20 percentile rule ( more often with lower rank ). NIT Mizoram last year has 54.2% min. Board marks for general. But since, for Higher rank NIT's, it is not possible.

No, for CSE, this rank will not be sufficient. Moreover, you may get a low ranking college with one of the non technical branches. Some of the suggestions be NIT Pondicherry, Silchar, Manipur. Since, these are only suggestion and personally I feel not worth going into any of these for distance education. Also, private colleges or drop are two options left with you.

For CSE , you need atleast 200 marks ( in general ) . The last year cutoff for CSE in MANIT bhopal was this 198 around for B.tech . Moreover , as you increase the marks , you can then get MVNIT and VSNIT , then NIT durgapur and Jamshedpur . Around 220 marks will get you in MVNIT in Jaipur . Best of luck.

No, this is not possible in any of the rounds for CSE as the competition is high, accompanied by your relatively low ranking for the position. You should try for non-technical branches for SIT, Pune or probably need to change your college preference.
