The opening and closing rank for each college differs based on the caste you belong to.
It is same in case of G B Pant also.
The opening and closing ranks for mechanical branch the previous year is as follows-
FOR General its 42734 to 84048
For SC its 220069 to 323635
And for Other Backward Class its 63511 to 74073.

There are many government, semi-government and private colleges like LNMIIT Jaipur, Jaypee Noida, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai, Vidya Bhavans, Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai, all IIITs, Jadavpur University and many others too. You can check the last year cut-off for them and apply accordingly.

No, LNMIIT's cut-off is always quite high and your marks are just on the border of clearance. So, it's not actually possible.

No, You cannot get any NIT but you can get any government. College or best private college for engineering like JECRC, SKIT, Arya college, Amity university, Chandigarh university, Poornima college Jaipur etc. Otherwise take one year drop and prepare for JEE only if you are confident to crack the cut off. There are so many good colleges in India where you can directly get the admission. Some of those are
Chandigarh university, JECRC, Amity University, Poornima College Jaipur, Arya college Jaipur etc.

Yes there are very few chances for you to get admission in BMSIT. Either you can apply through COMEDK and KCET. All the best.

As per my idea, there are few chances for you to be in any NIT as per your rank. And yes JIIT, Noida is deemed university and there are fare chances for you to get admission here. So, all the best.
