All NIT, IIIT or IIT have good placement, so you don't have to worry about the placement, but also focus on your studies so that you can get the placement easily. Talking about the college, it seems difficult, since your marks are too low. Exactly, I can't tell you that which college you will be getting. Since, all have different cutoff for admission.
