Aakash itutor is quite good I've used it in the past. I've also used etoos. They are also good but itutor is better as the faculty of aakash is up to the mark. It is better than to opt for itutor than going to their associated centre.

Every year the cutoff and rank criteria changes as per the no. of participants, difficulty level of questions and so many other factors which college does not reveal. Still as per the previous years cutoff criteria, we can assume what can be this year's cutoff criteria. Because it's generally near to it. Yes, you can get a seat in DTU. As you are from the reserve category, your Mains cut-off score is very low.

Yes, there are some colleges which take admission through board exams. So, you may try your luck.

Yes, it does excluding the management and staff quota.

For SC category, this is not a bad score. But I am not sure that you can get a good college with this score. So, you may try in the counselling round.

As you belong to general category, it is difficult to get a good college with just 74 marks. So, you may try to get admission via any other entrance exams or your board exam marks.

You might get NIT - Srinagar, Patna but you should focus on advance.

The official answer will be soon going to upload by the CBSE. Then only you will clear your doubt regarding your query. But however you can check it on NET of different coaching institute provided their own answer key
But, I suggest you to go according to the official key only. The answer key will release in the upcoming weeks only.
