Hello Yogesh,
For admission into VJTI, you need to attempt MHCET not JEE Mains. However, you need to score very well to get admission there. So, any score more than 160 in MHCET is considered safe for admission.

Admission in a government college for B.Arch is considered at 90+ in NATA and 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, you are advised to google the cut-off for govt. institutes.

For 1-year or pass out batches, it around 1.1 lakh.
Also, you can avail some scholarships on courses by taking FTRE (FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) only if you perform well.

Either you mean to say ECE or CCE (any institute), but if it is ECE then you should check the cut-off on JoSAA portal.
