Admission in a government college for B.Arch is considered at 90+ in NATA and 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2.
So, you are advised to google the cut-off for govt. institutes.

For 1-year or pass out batches, it around 1.1 lakh.
Also, you can avail some scholarships on courses by taking FTRE (FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam) only if you perform well.

Your question is not stated properly.
Either you mean to say ECE or CCE (any institute), but if it is ECE then you should check the cut-off on JoSAA portal.

But from my view your chances for NIT are null.

Hello Rohit,
From this year HBTi is taking admission via JEE Mains, so we are also not aware of the exact cutoff, however, since it is a govt. college the cutoff must be high so you need to score well in JEE Mains to get admission there.

Okay, if you belong to a category then you have a chance to get mechanical at this rank in JSS, otherwise, it is hard.
Best of luck for the future.
