If you score 250 in JEE Mains, then you got a very good rank in JEE Mains and not in JEE Advanced.
You must have to score good in JEE Advanced to get a good rank in this.
Good luck.

That would be a waste actually because he won't get seats in good colleges with marks and secondly he has comparted in maths.
He should try other things like normal graduation, etc.
Good luck to your friend.

Hello Sushovit,
Your query perhaps got listed before you could write fully? B Tech Agri is of course a very good course. With present central govt aiming to double income of farmers, only these professionals can do this & hence will have great demand in future.

If you don't have any category advantage, I would say you drop one year and study hard with a focused approach. Take JEE, BITS and other exams again next year make a good career with a good college.

I want to suggest you that please aim for 250 as it is a secure score, you will definitely get admission in the colleges such as DTU, NSIT or NITs otherwise there might be chances that at the end you will not get your desired college. All the very best from my side.

It depends on you as if you are satisfied with the college and branch, then you can freeze the option and pay rupees 5000.

You are not eligible for admission into any college through JOSAA counselling.
There is no chance of getting any thing at verification also.

Probably, in internal sliding or in last round. But, chances are very low. Although in 2015, last candidate was around 9500 (after every round that did happen including internal sliding), but can't be sure for this year.

The only problem you may face is relieving letter from college. As you are already enrolled in a private college and also with university so they might demand full four year fees from you.
