Guide-Level 11

IPU intakes students on the basis of merit list of IPU-CET. They do not consider the marks of JEE Mains. So, you'll have to try for other colleges. Your mains score is quite good so you can try for other good colleges. Try for NITs and IIITS.

VNIT is a prestigious institute of the country and attract top rankers. So, it seems quite difficult to get into it with this score. Moreover, if you have a state quota or some category reservation that might help you fetch a seat, else it seems quite difficult.

Take a drop if you want. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to score good marks. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi step approach to solve.
