Hello,
To get into NIT-Warangal (one if the top most NITs), you should have more than 60% and for good branches like CSE and ECE, you need 70-80% in JEE Mains.

No, at this rank you can't get admission in LNMIIT, Jaipur. Last year's cutoff was around 110. You can check colleges under JAC Chandigarh. All the colleges under JAC are very good except UIET regional campus Hosiyarpur.

If you feel there was some good reason that you couldn't perform well in JEE, then only you should go for it. Because 2 years drop will make a big difference for your career as it will shift 2 years ahead. And there is no surety if you could perform well in the next year's attempt.
