Yes, you have fair chances of getting admission in MNIT, Allahabad as you stay in UP. So, your home state quota will work fine along with your OBC category.

Your chances are very less but you can try CSAB counseling. You should wait till spot round. Although you can get integrated B.Sc+M.Sc courses in NIT- Patna, NIT-Rourkela and NIT-Agartala.

Sorry to say but you haven't cleared JEE Mains required cutoff. So, there is no way to get the best college for IT.
You may get admission in any private college on the basis of 12th percentage.

No, you won't be able to get mechanical engineering at Thapar University but if you are interested in MBA also you can get dual mechanical degrees at Thapar University.

You just need to have good determination and focus. The main thing is that you have to clear your concepts and mainly focus on your JEE exam and obtain more than 75% in boards.

If your main goal is to get nits then you don't need for improvement but I think if you are looking for JEE advance then surely you should go for improvement as it is compulsory to get 75% marks and above with a good JEE advance rank.
