Yes, you are eligible for admission in PEC.
PEC conducts a test every year to take admission in that college.
Hurry up, you have to visit PEC for admission.

Yes, if you live in Punjab then go for CSE and if you live outside of Punjab the ECE and civil engineering are the best options.

With this score, I don't think you will get good private colleges. Although VIT and SRM have management quota, it's best to prepare for one more year for JEE.

There is no weightage of board marks in JEE from 2017. It can ony help you to appear in JEE Advanced. So, if you are not from the general category, go for Advanced and then think of anything else.
