Hello Rishabh,
Your marks are too low to get any good college, although there are many private colleges which offer you admission on the basis of your marks, but its better for you take a break and look forward to the next year.

What are the best NITs or IIITs in which I can apply? I got CRL rank of 8112 in JEE Mains 2017 and SC category rank of 128.

Hello Chirag,
If you belong to the general and you are a non-muslim candidate then you need to score good marks in Jee Mains, so any score above 210 will be considered safe for getting a good branch.
