It's great to see that you have discovered what you wish to do. My suggestion would be to analyze your skills in each of the field. By your question I assume that you are still in high school, in that case you might not be able to analyze yourself with respect to mechanical field. So start by analyzing yourself with respect to computer science like how well are you at programming (C, C+) and what's your proficiency in various computer applications like MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, etc.), Media editing (audio &/or video), modeling and animation, etc. If you are good at it then you should go for it.

No mobiles are not allowed in examination hall. Mobile phones or any such gadgets will remain out of the main GATE.They will even ask you to remove your digital wrist watch.
They will make sure your glasses are not 'google glass'. They will make sure those artificial aids you are wearing (like hearing aids) only does what it should.

Are you expecting these marks in JEE Mains? Exam is set for coming week. Why not aim for more? Dream high. With these marks you may get admission in some obscure course but not the main one.

JEE is a national level entrance examination granting admission into IITs, NITs and other national level colleges. Apart from JEE Mains and Advanced exams, many states in India conduct their own entrance examinations for admission in the private colleges of the respective states (e.g. OJEE for Odisha, WBJEE for West Bengal, EAMCET for Andhra Pradesh/Telangana, KCET/ ComedK for Karnataka, etc.). Besides, some private universities, SRM University, KIIT University, VIT University, PES University, etc. conduct their own entrance examinations. You can appear for these as well for admission in B.Tech.
