You have received comparatively less marks in JEE Mains. I think, you have less chances to get admission in a Government College with these marks. However, I think you can get admission in any private college through management quota.

All colleges in Maharashtra provide admission on the basis of marks obtained in MHT CET. One needs to score at least 50% in class 12th to be eligible.

The marks obtained in class 12th may not contribute in deciding your rank in JEE Mains or CET, but it can veto your chances, if you do not score above minimum level required. Therefore, I feel that after completing class 12th, it is better to take a break of 1 year to prepare.

Where do you live? I feel, you should attempt admission through management quota of private colleges in your state. You have mentioned your marks.

You should assign time for each subject every day. You should take mock test every week. You need to brush up on weak areas.

There are many good colleges after IITs & NITs like Delhi College of Engineering, College of Engineering Pune, IP University Delhi, Chandigarh University, LPU, etc.
