Yes, you can make changes in the application form. Every year CBSE provides you with the option to do the same, and you have to fill your 12th board exam roll number in the application form.

I will only tell you to focus on your HSC education, and strengthen the basics of PCM. Don't take the pressure, if your numerical solving capability is good, then you can qualify JEE Mains exam.

For JEE Mains, cutoff is above 100 and for JEE Advance, the cutoff changes every year. You can google to see the cutoff of advance because every year the advance paper is set by the state IITs.

It cannot be determined before the examination, we can assume from previous year's cutoff, so it will depend on the cutoff of this exam, 70% will be needed to get you into NITs.
