Since, JEE mains is conducted by CBSE board. I will suggest you to read all the NCERT books of concerned subject. But, NCERT will only help you to clear chemistry part. You should read some institute materials and solve the questions.
For reference, you can use HCV for physics and practice more questions. It will help you a lot.

There is still a long way to go for JEE Main 2017. It will be held in April next year, so, first of all you don't need to worry about the time and don't restrict yourself to certain marks, give it your best. To score good marks, focus on the syllabus, clear the logic and finally opt for practice papers to increase the speed and efficiency.
