Depends upon your Choice of branch. You may get into MME and other branches. But you don't belong to state quota so moderate saught branches may not be available. Go for other NIT also. All the best.

see friend first of all if u r from general CAT. u won't get any NIT or any govt. college.
But if from Sc/st/obc there are some chances

Firstly the popularity of college based on placements and mhrd rankings
Secondly the number of students applying for the same
So its a trend that keeps changing

If you have a state JEE mains rank of around 15k then there is a chance you can get this college and this branch.

There is low chance of Admission through counseling, you should go for direct admissions in the college.
You can also opt for IT or EEE branches to get into the college as they have low cutoff.
Basically you will get top colleges including government colleges if JEE mains score is above 100.
Apart from that good private college is possible to get for JEE score around 85-100.
