No it is not possible to get admission with your JEE mains score, the only way to get admission is based on your JEE Advanced All India Rank.

Hi Kamal, DTU and NSIT have almost same cut off. But IITD takes admissions through JEE Advanced. Your rank will almost be 21000-25000. So I think it will be very difficult to get those branches. But I think you will get something around Civil Engg.PLEASE UPVOTE THE ANSWER TO ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE ANSWERING QUESTIONS OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

Obc cut off is 70. Try for good private colleges. NITs n Govt. Colleges have very low chances

If you are from General category apply for private institutions but if you have reservation go for any NIT! Even IIT's are waiting in that scenario!

You have cleared JEE Mains with the given rank, no matter what your category is! But To be honest that has no role to play in your JoSSA counselling since getting any college is very difficult with your mains score until you do exceptionally well in your board exams! With the given rank private colleges have their doors open for you! ignore this if you have reservation!
ALL THE BEST!
