Without knowing your boards score it is difficult to say whether you will get admission to CSE. But if you have state quota with decent board marks you will defenitly get the branch you want at NITK.

no the board marks won't matter for jee mains next year so its of no use

no the cutoff of thapar are high so it's not possible but try by management quota
