No u can't appear in jee Advanced. because u have not clear the cutt off. as per ur category

Since you have very less percentage in intermediate, it is very hard for you to get a seat in B.Tech . I suggest you to get a seat in a good college through management quota if you can afford a huge amount for the seat. All the best.

yes you can dear . Improvement do not affect your candidature to appear in Jee next year. Focus on your studies, definitely you will get good percentage and good marks in Jee mains too. All the best

i think it will be better for u if you try your career in some other field. take a pen and paper and try to write 10 reasons why you want to become engineer u wont be able to write even 5 so .stop following crowd. and try your career in law, mba, diploma etc.
